If you need to change or cancel your order please call us on 0121 308 6052 (Monday-Saturday) and we will discuss your options with you.

In the rare cases where your product arrives faulty please initially call us on 0121 308 6052 (Monday-Saturday) to discuss the faulty or damaged luxury product. If we can access the situation over the phone we will aim to replace the item and send again. We may ask you to send the product back to us at The Hart Spa Ltd, Coppice Garden Centre, Coppice Lane, Middleton, B78 2BU. We will then access the faulty product and contact you. You need to return faulty products within 7 days.

If the product is clearly faulty or damaged and we haven’t already done so we will replace the faulty product free of charge and reimburse you the cost of posting the product back to us. If you have received the wrong product, please call us so we can discuss getting the right product sent out as soon as possible.

Refunds are issued in the same tender as the original purchase. For example, if the item was purchased using a Visa card, the credit will be refunded to the same Visa card.
